TI & TINY UPDATE: Federal Judge Summoned T.I. To Appear In Court & Explain Why His Parole Shouldn’t Be Revoked
We all new it was coming, so this shouldn’t be a surprise, but it’s not looking good for TIP. U.S. District Judge Charles Pannel Jr. signed a summons for T.I. this week, requesting him to appear in Federal Court and explain why he shouldn’t go back to prison over his recent violations in Hollywood California. This is the same judge that sentenced T.I. to 1 year for the firearms violations.
According to My Fox Atlanta:
“The order lists three possible violations of rapper T.I.’s bond: possession of ecstasy on Sept. 1, testing positive for opiates on Sept. 2, and associating on Sept. 1 with Cortez Thomas, a convicted felon.”
The date for for T.I.’s hearing has not been set, lets keep TIP & his family in our prayers, that’s one of my favorite rappers, smdh.
