Think Like A Man Takes Over the Box Office, $33 Million Opener

Think Like A Man grossed $33 million over the weekend, taking The Hunger Games number 1 spot at the box office.

Produced by Sony Corp. for $13 million, Think Like A Man exceeded the $19 million predictions. Based on Steve Harvey’s novel “Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man,” the movie featured top names in Entertainment; Michael Ealy, Taraji P. Henson, Meagan Good, Kevin Hart, Terrence Jenkins, Gabrielle Union and Chris Brown.

The Lucky One, starring Zac Efron, grossed $22 million. The Hunger Games sat on top for four weeks and now sits at the number 3 position, grossing $14 million.
