The Game Discusses the Real Reason Why He Hates Hova and How It Started (VIDEO)

California rapper The Game stopped by 94.5 to discuss his upcoming album R.E.D., the history of his career, album leaks, the war between record labels, etc.

In the center of the interview Game was asked about his beef with Jay-Z and how it originated. He responded by first showing respect as a hip hop fan by purchasing “Watch The Throne,” then went on to say:

“It’s just a competition. So whenever I throw shots these days at someone the likes of Hova people should just look at it like it’s a friendly competition. I feel like Jay is one of the better rappers, if not, you know, top two. It’s between him and Eminem right now.”
