Robert De Niro’s Daughter ‘Drena’ Involved in Violent Outrage

Drena De Niro, adopted daughter from actor Robert De Niro’s first marriage with Diahnne Abbott, went into a violent rage against her former lover Austin Young.

According to the NY Post: “Robert De Niro’s daughter flew into full “Raging Bull” mode last night — attacking a former flame in a fist-flying frenzy in Greenwich Village, witnesses and cops said.

Actress and producer Drena De Niro, 43, allegedly attacked ex-boyfriend Austin Young, 32, as he walked his dog on Downing Street at about 8 p.m.

Young told The Post he’d stopped to chat with a neighbor when Drena — who was adopted by her Oscar-winning dad when he married her mom, Diahnne Abbott, in 1976 — stormed over and slugged him in the face.

“For 15 minutes she whaled on me and yelled at me,” said Young, a construction worker.

“I can take a punch, but she whaled on me, like, 10 times. She’s a Thai boxer, and a very good one.”

“I think she heard about my new girlfriend moving into my apartment,” he said. “She’s very bitter with the way our relationship ended.”

“He chased the dog, and Drena chased [Young] down the street, punching him and ripping at his shirt,” a witness recounted.

“Her dad didn’t like me and kicked me out,” he said. Drena returned the ring.

During last night’s fight, she allegedly yelled, “I want my sweater back, I want my engagement ring back! I want to be compensated because you never loved me.”

Young can’t believe she wasn’t arrested, saying, “If the roles had been reversed, I would have been arrested.

“I feel like I was bullied by celebrity power.””
