Regis & Kelly asked The First Lady of the United States if she was invited to the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Her reply was, “no i’m not going, i’m not gonna go, I wasn’t invited,” said Michelle Obama.

But, Michelle also said, “if i’m invited I’ll go, sure – why not.”

Do you think it’s disrepectful for England, an affiliate country of the United States, to not invite the Presidents wife?

Do you think the Obama's not being invited could have anything to do with President Obama sending back to England the bust of Winston Churchill that had been in the White House for decades?

Or…maybe the Queen thought him a wee bit arrogant for gifting her with an ipod of all of HIS speeches?

I cannot believe that President Obama and his lovely wife were not invited to the royal wedding. It is an insult to we Americans. That is complete British snobbery.

The fact that every president has been invited in the past century to ALL royal weddings makes the fact that President Obama DIDN't get an invite…an American slap in the face! Are they racist? Are they simply haters? Their MOTHER wouldn't behave this way and I am calling for a boycott of ANYTHING that has to do with this wedding from this point on! Afro-descended people should not watch any television programs that pertain to the wedding, should not read any periodical articals pertaining to it and should turn OUR backs to ANYTHING Royal until they apologize or take corrective actions. Until then…in the IMMORTAL words of Mr. McDowell from the classic movie Coming to America…"they can kiss my royal ass!"

Ms Obama should not be offended about not being invited. If she is close with the family then she should go, but if she is not close to the royal family then whats the point of going anyway. Marriage is traditional not a celebrity party.
