Marc Jacobs used Two Underage Models during NY Fashion Week

Marc Jacobs sat on the board this year that set the age limit to 16 because they agreed that younger models should not participate on the adult runway platform. Marc, a notable member on the council, ignored the rules by working with 14-year-old models anyway during New York Fashion Week.

“If their parents are willing to let them do a show, I don’t see any reason that it should be me who tells them that they can’t,” said Marc Jacobs.
