LeAnn Rimes Enters Treatment Facility For Stress Related Issues
Country music singer LeAnn Rimes entered a treatment facility to cope with the stresses of life, marriage to an actor and a high profile career.
LeAnn’s rep Marcel Pariseau told Access Hollywood “LeAnn has voluntarily entered a 30 day in-patient treatment facility to cope with anxiety and stress. While there will be speculation regarding her treatment, she is simply there to learn and develop coping mechanisms. While privacy isn’t expected, it’s certainly appreciated.”
Rimes personal life began making headlines over a decade ago as a teenager.
In 2000 she filed a lawsuit against her father, manager and record label Asylum-Curb for stealing $8 million from her fortune. The two-time Grammy Award winner “settled on undisclosed terms.”
The 30-year-old country music singer is no stranger to stress related issues either.
In September 2009 LeAnn left back-up dancer husband of seven years Dean Sheremet after having an extra-marital affair with heart-throb actor Eddie Cibrian. LeAnn’s divorce was finalized in 2010. Eddie also left his wife and two kids in a splashy divorce around the same time.
After hurting then leaving their significant others for eachother, Eddie and LeAnn married in a private ceremony April 22, 2011.
Twelve years after the lawsuit, three years after the separation, two years since the divorce, a year after the second marriage and days after her 30th birthday (born August 28, 1982) LeAnn will finally deal with emotional problems from years of harboring feelings.
