Lana Del Rey Rejected for SNL Performance

25-year-old singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey’s lack-luster debut on Saturday Night Live could haunt her forever. Huge audience, huge crowd, huge ratings… should bring your best performance. But Celebs all over the internet are disappointed with Lana Del Rey’s stage presence.

“Wow watching this ‘singer’ on SNL is like watching a 12-year-old in their bedroom when they’re pretending to sing and perform. #signofourtimes,” said Juliette Lewis via twitter.

The tweet was later removed, that doesn’t mean the words disappeared though. Everyone knows what was said and agreed the performance was boring.

Actress Eliza Dushku said, “Who…..is…..this wack-a-doodle chick performing on #SNL..? Whaaaa?”

“Just watched SNL. Not only was @LanaDelRey vocally WAY off, but watching her utter lack of stage presence was cringe-worthy,” Perez Hilton tweeted after seeing Lana’s performance.

Lana Del Rey has a different opinion. In a recent interview with MTV Lana said, “I don’t think they’ve ever had anyone perform who didn’t even have a record out, so I do appreciate it. I’m a good musician. And I may not have a record out now, but I have been singing for a very long time, and I think that Lorne (Michaels) knows that, and everyone over there knows that. It’s not a fluke decision.”

When celebs go against each other it’s almost like a lawsuit, the judge and jury (the fans) make the final decision. It’s been decided, Lana Del Rey could have done a little better.
