Scott Mescudi (aka controversial hip hop artist Kid Cudi) has been in the news multiple times this year for: fighting, jumping off stage and punching fans, troubles with the law, etc. Cudi brought attention to himself during a drunken outburst at a womans apartment, police went to the residence and discovered narcotics belonging to the rapper. Kid Cudi plead guilty to possession of cocaine, but he only has to serve 2 days of community service.

In the hip hop world he’s known for the hit record “Day ‘n’ Nite” which made him a ‘cross-over artist.’ Either he has a great layer, or he’s lucky as hell to catch such a sweet deal from the judge. At press time his attorney Stacey Richman said “He’s happy to be able to focus on his career.”

Reports say the charges will be dismissed if Kid Cudi completes the 48 hours of community service and stays out of trouble for the next 6 months.
