George Zimmerman, the ‘so-called’ neighborhood watch volunteer charged with murdering Florida teenager Trayvon Martin, was granted bail at $150,000 by Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester. Zimmerman could not be released from Jail today (Friday) because the judge is still working on his conditions; like weather or not he can leave the state after his release.

George Zimmerman must wear an ankle bracelet, he cannot consume alcohol, he cannot consume controlled substances, he cannot posses a firearm, he cannot contact Trayvon Martin’s family and he must adhere to a 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew.

When Zimmerman took the stand at Seminole County Criminal Justice Center he addressed Trayvon Martin’s parents.

Zimmerman said, “I wanted to say that I am sorry for the loss of your son. I did not know how old he was. I thought he was a little bit younger than I am. And I did not know whether he was armed or not.”
