Academy Award winning actor Cuba Gooding Jr. was in New Orleans partying until a misunderstanding with a bartender landed him in the media and almost landed him in a jail cell. Allegedly, Cuba roughed-up a female bartender at The Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street.

According to TMZ, “the actor has taken steps to resolve the situation — saying, “There is no warrant. Mr. Gooding, his representative and the New Orleans authorities met this morning and are moving swiftly to resolve this misunderstanding.”
