“21 Jump Street” is a hilarious comedy based on Johnny Depp’s 80’s television series. The new film stars Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill. The duo goes undercover at their high school alma mater to bust a drug ring ran by students.
Johnny Depp makes an appearance in the film, working with director Phil Lord and Chris Miller.
In a recent interview with MTV Johnny Depp said, “I went and did my bit as I was hoping to, and it worked out really well. It was really fun. I got to spend some time with Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum and the wonderful directors (Phil Lord and Chris Miller) on that. It was a great experience.”
“21 Jump Street” hits theaters March 16, 2012.
